Inside Wire Apprenticeship - 5-Year Associate Degree Program
The apprentice works under the direct supervision of a journey level electrician. The scope of work covers the installation of electrical distribution centers, panel boards, side panels, conduit systems, motor controls, lighting, fire alarms, temporary wiring, etc. The above-stated work pertains to any commercial or industrial buildings. All apprentices must attend a minimum of 200 hours of related classroom instruction per year. An additional 15 credits of approved Associate Degree classes may be completed prior to graduation.

Limited Energy/Sound and Communication Technician - 3-Year Program
The apprentice works under the supervision of a journey level technician. The work covered shall include the installation, testing, service, and maintenance of systems utilizing the transmission and/or transference of voice, sound, vision, and digital for commercial, education, security, and entertainment purposes. All apprentices must attend a minimum of 200 hours of related classroom instruction per year.

Residential Wire - 2-Year Program
The trainee works under the direct supervision of a journey level residential electrician. This type of work pertains to the wiring of homes and single and multi-family apartment buildings not more than six stories which include electrical service, installation of romex, electrical boxes, hook-up of ranges and other major appliances, receptacles, switches, lighting, electrical heat, heat pumps, etc. All apprentices must attend a minimum of 200 hours of related classroom instruction per year.
