We are working together to ensure that the customers always choose union electrical contractors and workers for their projects. We have achieved a mutually respectful relationship between labor and management based on honesty and trust.	Mission Statement: It is the mission of IBEW LU46 and Puget Sound chapter NECA to increase market share. We will organize, market and provide a better-educated workforce. We are expanding our commercial, industrial, residential, maintenance and new technology sectors. By being open and innovative, we will meet the needs of the market while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
