Construction Apprenticeship - 5-Year Associate Degree Program
The apprentice works under the direct supervision of a journeyman wireman. The scope of work covers the installation of electrical distribution centers, panel boards, side panels, conduit systems, motor controls, lighting, fire alarms, temporary wiring, etc. The above stated work pertains to any commercial or industrial buildings. All trainees must attend a minimum of 200 hours of NJATC classroom instruction per year. An additional 15 credits of approved Associate Degree classes must be completed prior to graduation.

Sound and Communication - 3-Year Program
BICSI Certified Trainer
The apprentice works under the supervision of a journeyman. The work covered shall include the installation, testing, service and maintenance of systems utilizing the transmission and/or transference of voice, sound, vision and digital for commercial, education, security and entertainment purposes. All trainees must attend a minimum of 200 hours of related classroom instruction per year.

Residential Trainee - 2-Year Program
The trainee works under the direct supervision of a residential wireman. This type of work pertains to wiring of homes and small apartment houses under three stories which includes electrical service, installation of romex and boxes, hook-up of ranges and other major appliances, receptacles, switches, lighting, electrical heat, heat pumps, etc. All trainees must attend a minimum of 200 hours of related classroom instruction per year.
