William McCartan Bill began his career in the electrical industry in 1986 as an apprentice with the PSEJATC, graduating in the top of his class in 1990. He worked as a Foreman, General Foreman and as an instructor for apprentice labs and journeyman classes. He was the Assistant Training Director for the PSEJATC from 2000-2006 and now serves as the Training Director. |

Michiko Starks Michiko Starks is the Assistant Training Director for PSEJATC. She has a B.A. from the University of Washington in Political Science and a M.S. in Public Administration from the New School of Social Research in New York. Michiko completed her apprenticeship with the PSEJATC in 2000 and was one of the top ten graduates of her class. |

M. Elaine Morgan Elaine is a JATC staff member who dispatches and processes time sheets, raises and scheduling of classes. |

Denise Krzycki Denise is responsible for accounts payable, payroll and board issues. |

Jaye Jones Jaye assists applicants as they make their way through the application process. She receives minimum qualification documents, schedules aptitude testing and interviews. She also holds New Apprentice Orientations. |

Waneva Wilson Waneva has been working full time with PSEJATC since February 2006. Waneva is the Journeyman Class Administrator. She oversees registration for Local 46 Journeyman classes. Waneva assists Journeymen in class registration to meet the requirements for the renewal of their State of Washington license. She also administers Veteran's Benefits. |

Jennifer Baker Jennifer joined the Puget Sound Electrical JATC staff in November of 2007. She is in charge of Craft Certification, evaluations and assisting apprentices and journeyman with daily issues. |

Donita Smith Donita joined Puget Sound Electrical JATC in April of 2005. Donita is in charge of AAS classes. She also supports the office in assisting apprentices and journeyman with daily issues and is currently the editor of the quarterly Power Talk newsletter. |
